MGD is an acronym of MAPPING GRAPHING AND DESIGNING. It is the concept which is researched and practiced by Prof Kumar. Numerous young students, university grads, jobbers, professionals and entrepreneurs have been benefited with his ideological concept. What makes it Unique is “psychological conduction, extremely realistic and personalised”.
Everyone is unique and born to do extra ordinary - the said proverb is brought in to existence by MGD. It is need of time and the one who is sincere about life and career will not dare to leave it….
All stages from “Planning to execution” is the most sought advantage of MGD. In other words, it is the only counselling program in the world which covers all stages psychologically.

RA assists in deciding in all types of Q’s related to career like what, how, when and where. It is achieved through phases and sub-phases which consists of annum, semester, trimester or month. Phases are designed in reverse order and executed in progressive order. Scheduling, execution, proper follow up and discussion through counselling takes places for the given periods of time.
