MGD’s Concept

MGD is a research and psychology driven concept, which is aiming not only to design career but destined it. It consists of three stages which are principally integrated factors for career’s decision. Each stage has its own philosophy to exist, research to believe, reasons to drive and results to adopt it.
MGD is the one of its kind concepts in the world, means it is the singly unique. To add fuel to fire, neither someone else performs nor aware about it. It is researched, designed and executed by Prof. Kumar who has extensive experience of two decades.
Stages

Three stages of MGD

Three stages of the MGD concept are : Mapping Graphing and Designing. All the stages are well researched and experienced practically.

Mapping

The first step is “Mapping” which is based up on QA’s. These QA’s are asked face to face or virtual interactive mode to “connect dots”. API are the areas to be accessed to know and understand the personality. Connecting dots approach of psychology is used to map personality.

Graphing

The second step is “Graphing” which is the consecutive stage of mapping. The theory “XYZ” is being followed to ink the observed personality. The hypothesis “we do what we are” is the base of this theory.

Designing

The third step is “Designing” which follows the theory of RA. Reverse Approached is the core of designing a path to career. What are the options of career those ooze out as per first and second stage, reason the possible career destination. Inclined choices are categorised as A, B and C; indeed, followed in the same order

Overview

MGD is an acronym of MAPPING GRAPHING AND DESIGNING. It is the concept which is researched and practiced by Prof Kumar.

Modus operandi

MGD specific objective to help students to achieve there gosals.

RA assists in deciding in all types of Q’s related to career like what, how, when and where. It is achieved through phases and sub-phases which consists of annum, semester, trimester or month.

Phases are designed in reverse order and executed in progressive order. Scheduling, execution, proper follow up and discussion through counselling takes places for the given periods of time.
